Prepaid consumption of beauty, hairdressing and bathing mainly exists: “The service promise is not honored, the promotion is exaggerated when the card is used; the payment is easy to refund, the format regulations are used to restrict and infringe the legitimate rights and interests of consumers; the consumption list is not provided during consumption; Most of the cards are not registered, not reported, and no written agreement was signed at the time of purchase, and consumer disputes are difficult to handle.
