Wang Ruzhen, deputy director of the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, said that for over 50 years, the renewable resource recovery companies in the supply and marketing cooperatives system have recovered a total of 400 million tons of renewable resources, equivalent to saving more than 2.8 billion tons of mineral resources and saving standard coal. Nearly 500 million tons, reducing the amount of waste treatment by 1.6 billion tons. At present, the construction of a recycling system for modern renewable resources has become a top priority for the sustainable development of resources.
