2 Quoting standard GB 9851 Printing technology terminology 3 Quality requirements 3.1 The temperature, pressure, and adhesive of the film should be appropriate depending on the nature of the paper and ink.
3.2 The film is firmly bonded. The surface is clean, smooth, unclear, and smooth. No wrinkle, no blistering and no chalk marks.
3.3 After the film is divided, the size is accurate, the edge is smooth, no film, no obvious curl. Break no more than 10 mm.
3.4 Appropriate degree of dryness after coating, no sticking to surface film or paper.
3.5 After placing the film for 6-20 hours, there is no change in product quality. Conditional oven test.
4 Environmental conditions The environment of the membrane should be dustproof and tidy, the indoor temperature is appropriate, and the coating device part should be sealed.
5 Inspection methods Professional and technical personnel shall visually inspect the product quality according to the standard requirements.
