British invention high temperature storage technology

Britain invented a technique for high-temperature storage of ichthyosis vegetables. This technology uses the high temperature to inhibit the germination of ichthyosis vegetables, the storage room temperature is controlled at 23 degrees Celsius, the relative humidity is maintained at 75%, so that long-term storage and preservation can be achieved. However, under such temperature conditions, vegetables are prone to saprophytic fungi causing lesions. At present, the United Kingdom is studying how to control this saprophytic fungus. According to reports, onions can be stored under these conditions for 8 months.
