Fluffy non-woven fabric and manufacturing method thereof

A method for manufacturing a fluffy nonwoven fabric, which is caused by a fiber pile structure on the surface of the nonwoven fabric. The steps include heating the surface layer to have a non-woven fiber web with adhesive properties and a hot-melt component after heating. The surface layer part is in contact with a smooth surface, heated at a temperature at which the easily meltable component exhibits the characteristics of an adhesive, and the nonwoven fiber web with the surface layer part is adhered to the smooth surface; then, by smoothing from the The fibrous web-shaped nonwoven fabric is peeled off on the surface so as to produce a fluffy state of fiber raising, and the fibers of the nonwoven fiber web are raised, thereby forming a fluffy structure of fiber raising on the surface of the nonwoven fabric.
