System Overview

The digital campus comprehensive management system was jointly developed by Beijing Tianyi Zhonghe Technology Co., Ltd. and Foshan Tianyi Zhonghe Technology Development Co., Ltd. The system comprehensively uses advanced IoT technologies such as radio frequency identification, video surveillance, GPS positioning, and GIS technology to provide schools with comprehensive integration of security management, access control attendance, visitor management, asset management, school bus intelligent supervision, conference management, and home-school interaction. School function realization

1. Student Management

Attendance monitoring

The system can record the entrance and exit of personnel in front of the school in real time, and the management personnel can view the detailed information and video records of the entrance and exit personnel. When students are late for school, truant, or leave early, the system can automatically notify school administrators and parents in the form of interface prompts, mobile phone text messages, etc. according to preset management rules.

Deploy signal transceivers on campus, the system can real-time count the number of students in the area, and view the location and action route of each student in real time.

Special area management

In some important areas of the campus, such as the canteen kitchen, laboratory, network center, etc., video surveillance and infrared surveillance can be combined to conduct vigilance management. In dangerous areas such as campus construction, the signal transceiver collects the information of the student identification card, or the infrared device senses the human body information, or the video recognizes that someone has entered the screen, and the system will automatically alarm to notify the relevant management personnel.

2. Security management

3. Asset management

Information management

Active supervision

By installing RFID asset tamper-proof cards for campus assets, the system can detect changes in asset status in real time, such as vibration, tilt, and movement. 4. Visitor management

5. Conference management

The system provides an intelligent conference management function, which can automatically register participants with a staff card, such as on-time participants, late participants, absent personnel, early leavers, etc., can also set pre-set conference agenda, upload conference documents , Email or SMS to notify participants, monitor meetings, etc.

6. Confidential data management

Secret-related event management Through secret-related data authorizers and special U disks, the management and storage of data with confidentiality requirements can be achieved. The special U disk can only be used in the preset authorized area, which can play an effective information protection role for secret data such as test papers and financial documents. At the same time, the system can also locate the special U disk within the signal coverage track.

7. Remote power control

The administrator can monitor and query the power on and off of each power supply in real time in the system, and can also operate the power switch of the equipment remotely through the network. At the same time, the system can provide the function of turning on or off the power for a fixed time, and can control the power on and off and protect the circuit from over-current.

8. Home-school interaction

The system can quickly read student identity and school status information from a long distance, and send information about student safety and student attendance, as well as student test scores, notifications of various activities, recent performance and other information to student parents. If an abnormality is found, the system will automatically alarm to remind the relevant personnel to pay attention and take further measures.

1. Outing management

Location Inquiry: Teachers can use the mobile app APP teacher-led software to view the location of students with student identification cards in real time and the distance to teachers.

Timed reminder: Teachers can turn on the timed reminder function in the mobile phone software to set the reminder time and content. At the specified time, the system will automatically send reminder text messages to students, or call reminders, or vibrate the student identification card to remind.

Range reminder: The teacher can set a range reminder in the mobile phone software. Once the student leaves the distance range specified by the teacher, the system will automatically remind the student by text message, phone call or shaking the student identification card.

Emergency call: There is an emergency call button on the back of the student identification card. If you press the button in case of emergencies, you will quickly dial the teacher's phone for help.

Preset call: Two contact phone numbers can be preset on the back of the student identification card. Press the button to talk directly with the preset contact person.

2. School bus intelligent supervision

The school bus intelligent supervision function is to assemble a dedicated school bus intelligent monitoring device on the school bus, and the passengers wear dual-frequency identification cards to realize the location tracking of the school bus, real-time video monitoring in the bus, passenger identification and intelligent management, and real-time monitoring of the driving status And other comprehensive school bus supervision functions.

Collect passenger information through active card automatic identification, short-range passive card swiping, wireless fingerprint machine, etc. Real-time automatic statistics of the number of people in the car, the number of people who should get on the car, the number of people not on the car, etc. Personnel statistics by category, time period, etc.

Smart matching

According to the basic data entered by the system, students, drivers, caregivers, school buses and parents can be intelligently matched. If the match is abnormal, the system will automatically issue a warning.

Tracking

The system can read GPS positioning data and provide a map browsing function to realize real-time viewing of school bus driving position, speed and other information.

Video Surveillance

Overspeed alarm

The system provides a custom speed limit. When the vehicle speed exceeds the preset value, it automatically reminds the driver that "you are overspeeding".

SMS notification
