Two new models of lberica AG in Spain

Lberica AG, Spain, currently offers die cutting machines based on market needs. These include: the number of die cuts, the organizational structure of the company, the type of packaging produced, and the different materials used by each customer for processing.

Lberica's latest introduction to the market is a TRK-105 die-cutter, which was exhibited last year at Drupa, with a web size of 75 x 105 mm and a sub-box installation. Thanks to the use of automated, non-stop feeding devices, the machine has improved its sheet-fed transport technology. One of the pre-elimination preparation devices and sub-boxes can also be used to increase the machine's production capacity.

Lberica also offers an SR-144 die cutting machine with a standard delivery mechanism. The delivery mechanism is equipped with automatic non-stop equipment, programmable counters, and cutting-edge stripping devices. The SR-144 die-cutting machine with a web size of 104 x 144mm can meet the die-cutting required for all printed sheets printed on a sheet-fed offset web press. The die cutter has a maximum speed of 7,500 sheets/hour and a maximum die-cutting pressure of 600 tons.

The two new models of lberica have successfully secured a stable market in the world. Now customers in Germany, the United States, Greece and Spain have installed these two machines.
