Special process facilitates rapid washing

Compared with the offset printing process, the MEC label adopts the process of first embossing and then embossing. This process adjustment facilitates the quick and easy washing of the label after the brewery recycles the bottle, and ensures that the ink is solid during the alkaline washing process. The ground is attached to the label paper, the label is removed from the bottle and the ink does not fall off, and the alkali liquor is not contaminated. The reason is: Offset labels are printed with embossed paper and applied with gloss. The blockage of the pits in the ink layer is not conducive to the rapid infiltration of the alkali liquor, thereby prolonging the dissolution time of the glue and reducing the washing efficiency; at the same time, the off-line offset coating method does not With good anti-alkali protection, the ink will be contaminated in the bottle washing tank after being dissolved by the alkali, and the pure water washing bottle cannot be guaranteed. The MEC label completely overcomes these unfavorable factors.
