The power supply must be well grounded. It is best to ground the power supply and the instrument case for better results.
3 The work station in which the gas chromatograph is placed should be of a wide height, easy to operate and stabilize, and prevent vibration. Generally, the cement platform is added, and the platform should be 0.5~1.0m away from the wall, which is convenient for wiring and maintenance.
4 If you use a concentration detector such as TCD or ECD, pay attention to the waste discharge. Use the pipeline to drain the gas chromatograph from the instrument vent to the outside.

6 After the instrument is heated, even if the oven and column are cooled, the injector and detector connections still have a certain temperature. Wear insulated gloves or take certain protective measures to avoid burns.
7 The gas chromatograph should be covered with the detector case cover to prevent temperature fluctuations and reduce the stability of the instrument. Never open the column oven door when working together.
8 When the gas chromatograph is not in use for a long time, it is necessary to periodically power on the instrument and check the performance to ensure that the instrument operates normally and reliably.
