St. Regis Financial Road
St. Regis Financial Road – The Residences is a striking 60-story tower located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, offering breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Canal. The development features 250 luxurious apartments ranging from one to five bedrooms, along with a range of exclusive amenities such as a lounge, library, boardroom, cinema, and game room. Inspired by traditional Emirati architecture and cultural elements like areesh houses, ghaf trees, and falaj systems, this project reflects a deep connection to the UAE's heritage while delivering modern luxury.
KATA Restaurant
Located on the ground floor of The Dubai Mall, KATA is a new Japanese fusion restaurant that offers a stunning view of the iconic Dubai Fountains. The design features a minimalist yet elegant color palette, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. Translucent acrylic panels, reflective surfaces, and warm metal finishes in bronze and brass enhance the space’s sophistication. The Robata grill kitchen, enclosed in glass and bronze, is a visual centerpiece, while the dark, intimate Raw Bar adds contrast and highlights the culinary experience.
Bulgari Mansion
The Bulgari Mansion is a luxurious family home designed for a large household of nine. It was created to be a cozy yet elegant beachfront retreat, thoughtfully considering the needs of all family members, from young children to adults. Every detail was carefully crafted to reflect the tastes and preferences of each occupant, while maintaining a high level of luxury and aesthetic appeal. The design successfully balances functionality with elegance, making it a perfect example of modern living.
