Two or more problems in printing

1. The suction force of the paper suction nozzle is too large, and the following sheets of paper are sucked up at the same time. This kind of failure is caused by the following situations:

(I) Inspiratory volume adjustment is too large;

(2) The rubber band is too large;

(3) The paper suction nozzle is too close to the paper surface;

(4) The paper is too thin.

Solution: reduce the amount of air in the printing; 2 replace the small rubber ring, or cut the rubber ring, the paper can be removed when the paper is thin, remove the rubber band on the nozzle; 3 adjust the length of the presser foot to increase The distance between the paper stack and the paper suction nozzle, or adjust the eccentricity above the paper suction nozzle rod so that the distance from the paper stack surface increases; 4 Press the paper baffle downwards.

2. The paper suction nozzle is too close to the edge of the paper, even beyond the edge of the paper, or the stacking of the paper is inconsistent, the cutting size of the paper is inconsistent, and multiple sheets of paper are sucked by the paper dispensing nozzle at the same time.

Solution: In the printing, the former adjusts the front and rear positions of the paper separators to increase the distance between the paper suction nozzle and the paper edge. The latter should be restacked. For unevenly cut paper, try to make the trailing edges neatly when stacking; if the size difference greatly affects the positioning accuracy, you should replace the paper or separate the different size paper separately.

3. The paper stack height exceeds the allowable height of the paper block. Generally, the height of the paper stack should be less than 5mm. Due to paper upturns or improperly adjusted pile heights, etc., resulting in a pile height increase beyond the allowable range, double or multiple sheets of paper will be brought into the transfer table.

Solution: When the 1 paper in the printing is upturned, the paper can be reverse-knuckled. 2 Due to the double sheets produced when the paper stack is too high, the slightly pulled side can be stuffed into the wooden wedge for control. J2203, J2108 type offset press can also be used to reduce the height of the divider.

4. When the paper drags upward, when the airflow blown by the loose paper nozzle touches the paper edge, the upturned paper edge has a circular arc. When the airflow meets the arc, it is divided into two parts. Part of the airflow lifts the paper. The other part of the airflow was turning downwards, and it was impossible to separate the paper so that the paper bristle brush would not work. At the same time, the upturned paper edge is generally elastic. When the presser foot presses the paper, it is indented. When it is lifted, it is lifted again, resulting in double sheets, multiple sheets, and even a stack of sheets of paper entering the sheet. station.

Solution: During the printing, remove the paper and perform knocking. 2. Adjust the angle of the bottom surface of the paper nozzle to keep it parallel to the stack of paper.

The paper stack automatically rises and becomes unstable, making it unable to hold down the paper underneath; the paper bridging brush is too high or too small to reach the edge of the paper, and it loses the function of enclosing and brushing the paper below.

Solution: If the paper suction nozzle is on the edge of the paper during printing, the whole paper feeder will be moved forward; if the edge of the paper suction nozzle is about 5 mm away from the paper edge, the paper press foot or paper bristle brush will be needed. Adjust to standard work position (as described above).

6, no loose paper and paper adhesion.

(1) White paper cutting incision adhesion.

(2) When printing semi-finished products, the last color is the full version or the overlapping of multiple colors. Due to the excessive thickness of the ink layer, the paper will adhere to the top and bottom; the water stains and the ink marks are also prone to produce the upper and lower adhesions.

Solution: Before printing, a blank sheet of paper is to be opened, punched, fluffed, and bumped when it is loaded. 2 The semi-finished product adheres due to the excessive thickness of the ink layer. When loading the paper, it should be a small stack and a small pile of loose. 3 Because of the small number of semi-finished products, the ink of the previous color is not dried and the adhesion of the next color printing is performed. When the paper is creased, it must be repeated several times in order to allow enough air to enter between the papers to promote ink oxidation and drying. The pile of paper on the machine should be a little less, so as not to cause the following paper to stick due to heavy pressure.

7. The paper is electrostatically charged. When the surfaces of two objects rub against each other, the electrons on the surface of one object will be transferred to the surface of another object. When separating these two touching objects, many electrons cannot return to their original atoms. This creates an unequal charge. Paper is an insulator and has poor electrical conductivity. Especially in dry air, it is difficult to supplement lost electrons. Static electricity is generated when the charge is stabilized in the area where it is formed. Paper with static electricity can absorb another paper or other object that is in contact with it, causing difficulties in paper feeding during the printing process, resulting in failures such as skew, double sheets, multiple sheets, and missing paper sheets. When the static electricity is large It may even stand still on the surface of the transfer station, making production impossible.

Solution There is a constant temperature and humidity control workshop, should be appropriate to increase the relative humidity between the workshop and paper, so that the paper maintains a certain amount of moisture.

In the workshop without constant temperature and humidity, sprinkle some water on the floor of the workshop. This kind of treatment method has a certain effect on reducing the static electricity of paper, but improper handling may cause the relative humidity of the workshop to be too high, causing the paper to expand and contract, resulting in defects such as wrinkled arches and overprinting. Therefore, it should be used with caution.
