3. Chemical degreasing can also be carried out with an alkaline solution, such as sodium sulfate 30-50 g/L, sodium phosphate 40-60 g/L, sodium silicate 10-15 g/L, dipping 2-5 at a temperature of 60-70C. 4, sandblasting: sandblasting is to improve the adhesion of ink and metal materials, usually using a special sandblasting machine spray treatment, if the 0.5-1 mm thick aluminum plate, sandblasting sand diameter of 0.05-0.15 mm, also Available river sand, sieved and used.

5, drawing: also known as skeining, is to use the method of mechanical friction on the surface of the aluminum plate to produce a fine straight lines.
