1 Catalog index layout
Because the version below Peking University Founder's Edition V9.0 does not have an indexing function, there are some troubles in handling it. At this time, we can use the sorting function of Word 2000 to complete the indexing (Note: Word 2000 has a professional indexing function, but I personally think that the sorting function is the simplest). The specific operations are as follows:
â‘ Create a new DOC file in Word and enter the text to be sorted;
â‘¡ Drag the mouse to select the text to be sorted;
③ Click the [Table] menu → [Sort] → pop up the [Sort Text] dialog box → select <untitled line> → main keyword selection <number of paragraphs> → type selection <pinyin, ascending order> → click <OK> to sort The work is completed. If you need to sort the letters in large and small words, you can choose to complete in the <Options> → <Sort Options> dialog box;
④ Click the [File] menu with the mouse → click the [File] menu with the mouse → [Save As] → enter the file name, and the save type is <plain text (ie TXT file)>.
⑤ Transfer the saved file to the Beijing University Founder Book Publishing System and add the appropriate BD publishing language.
2 Input of Chinese Pinyin
In order to meet the needs of computers processing Chinese character information, in 1981, China promulgated the "Chinese Character Coded Character Set for Information Exchange · Basic Set" (GB2312-80). The characters and their codes collected by this standard are called the national standard code, also known as the national standard exchange code.
The BG2312 national character set consists of 3 parts. The first part is a total of 682 letters, Russian, Chinese Pinyin, etc .; the second part is a first-level common Chinese characters, a total of 3755, arranged by Chinese Pinyin; the third part is a second-level common characters, a total of 3008, because it is not commonly used , So arranged according to radicals.
Due to the limitation of the computer keyboard, GB2312-80 incorporated the Latin alphabet, Russian, Japanese hiragana business card kana, Greek alphabet, Chinese pinyin and various symbols in the first part into the soft keyboard (also called dynamic keyboard), that is, call The soft keyboard is used to input non-Chinese characters, which is more cumbersome to switch back and forth in the Founder Book Edition, especially the input of large-scale Chinese Pinyin Chinese characters. Here we can use Word 2000 combined with Microsoft Pinyin input method 3.0 to easily complete the input (Note: Word XP and above versions have their own Microsoft Pinyin 3.0 input method, the installation of the input method will not be described here). The input method is as follows:

â‘¡ Drag the mouse to select the text that needs phonetic notation;
③ Click the [Format] menu → [Chinese layout] → [Pinyin Guide] → the [Pinyin Guide] dialog box will pop up. The Chinese character of the phonetic alphabet you need appears in <Base Text>, and the Chinese phonetic alphabet of the Chinese character appears in <Pinyin Text>. For multi-phonetic characters, the software will automatically recognize it. If the phonetic transcription of individual Chinese characters is incorrect, you can manually modify it. You can also make the required selections for <alignment>, <font>, <font size>, etc. → click <OK>, the Zhuyin work is completed;
④Mouse click [File] menu → [Save As] → enter the file name, the save type is <pure file (ie TXT file)>, but if the phenomenon cannot be saved (Word 2000 and below), the second kind can be used The method is saved, the operation is as follows:
