Textile Burnt Printing Process Precautions

When the fabric enters the printing and drying room, it is required to be flat and not wrinkle, otherwise it will easily cause uneven carbonization, which resembles the coloring of flowers.

After carbonization, the fabric fluffs in time, and the air is evacuated, which allows the heat to dissipate quickly to prevent the residual acid from causing thermal erosion and resulting in a drop in strength that cannot be repaired.

During the storage of the semi-finished products after printing, the residual acid easily absorbs the moisture in the air and extends to each other, resulting in unclear outlines of the flowers, and it is difficult to wash away after carbonization and it is not suitable for storage.

Insufficient carbonization temperature and time, the opal part of the etched paste is opaque white, and it is difficult to wash out, resulting in carbonization is not clean. When the carbonization temperature is too high, the roasted part is blackish brown, and the residue is not easy to clean, which seriously affects the fabric strength.

When carbonized, the fiber is decomposed too quickly in the burn-in process, and carbonized rapidly, so that the carbonized material is firmly attached to the polyester or the ground structure, and a little water-soluble solubilizer can be added to help the water to be removed.

The paste has bubbles and it is difficult to adhere evenly to each fiber, causing burnt unevenness. In order to prevent this problem from occurring, an acid-resistant antifoaming agent must be added.

Printed pulp, the use of large round scraper, scraping double knife, scraping color paste to ensure its permeability.
