Analysis of Characteristics and Difficulties of Pre-press Processing in Flexible Plate (Part Two)

With the traditional plate making method, 1% of the dots are not stable in the production process and are easily lost. Therefore, the minimum dot formed on the plate is 2%, and 2% dots will increase to 10% after printing. The smallest dot on the proof sheet is 10%, and the dots below 10% cannot be printed. At this time, the following methods can be used to skillfully avoid and solve.

(1) Ignore some levels without affecting the printing effect, even if the network is less than 2%.

(2) Change all high light spots below 2:6 to salty 2% outlets. Because the human eye feels relative to the color, in some cases it will create an illusion that 2% of the dots will be treated as highlights.

(3) Replace a certain color with other colors, such as black substitute for blue in food packaging, black substitute for red in leaf printing, or dark color with light color in the same hue.

Of course, when using the above three methods, the pre-press processing personnel must have rich experience in image processing and have a profound understanding of the flexographic printing, otherwise it will damage the level of the image and fail to meet the printing requirements.

The above method is actually a network where 10% or less is lost in printing. With the advancement of technology, [sk. A new network technology combining FM network and AM network developed by a Graph 7s company has alleviated the problem. The use of FM outlets in the high-light areas of the image (1% to 3% of the outlets) just solves the problem that 1% of the outlets on the flexo cannot be kept. Do not repeat them here.

In addition, there are many companies that have introduced new types of computer-to-plate equipment, which can produce 1% of outlets through different exposure methods, and can print out less than 10% of outlets, but the printing plate is not high in printing power. There are more times to replace plates.

In short, due to too many and varied interference factors in the printing environment, the pre-press processing staff should comprehensively consider various factors, so that the flexographic version can meet the printing requirements to the maximum extent, and ultimately obtain the ideal print. One type of personal protective equipment, is any clothing worn that has highly reflective properties or a color that is easily discernible from any background. Yellow waistcoats worn by emergency services are a common example. Occupational wearers of clothing with high-visibility features include railway and highway workers, airport workers, fireman or other places where workers are near moving vehicles or in dark areas. Some cyclists wear Safety Vest when riding amongst motor vehicles. Hunters may be required to wear designated safety vest to prevent accidental shooting.
