The “multi-channel pollution-free constant temperature painting equipment” designed and manufactured by our factory is installed in the SB-SQH-105 steel barrel painting and drying production line of Xinjiang Lianying Petroleum Packaging Container Factory. The device adopts constant temperature heating, exhaust gas purification, waste heat utilization and multi-path spraying technology. It has changed the normal temperature coating process of steel drums that have been polluted for decades.

The device is mainly composed of pneumatic type normal temperature paint bucket, storage paint bucket (multiple coating can be prepared), cleaning bucket (multi-color coating and multiple preparation), HP-220 dual-channel constant temperature automatic painting machine (each can take 2 -4 spray guns), QJ-TQ35 water curtain paint mist purifier, fixed through spray paint device and paint control cabinet.

The main coating process is as follows: the filtered alkyd enamel is mixed with a certain proportion of diluent into a paint mixing tank to make the viscosity reach 60-80S (coating 4 viscometer). It is thicker in summer and thinner in winter. The prepared paint is pressed into the paint bucket by compressed air for use. Open the paint pump on the constant temperature two-way paint sprayer. The paint is sucked into the paint sprayer through the shower head (filter) and pipeline placed in the paint storage tank, and heated to 70-90 ° C (70-75 ° C in summer, 80- in winter). 90 ° C), sent to the 6-8 gun through the pipeline.

After the steel drum is sent to the spraying station in the painting device, it is controlled by the travel switch, and the time delay is set by the time relay to spray the steel drum rotating at 305r/min speed. The control program is:

Steel drum touch stroke switch excitation signal→Time relay timing delay control→Open 2/2-way reversing valve→Open gun airway to drive paint spray gun→Spray finish→Time relay to close 2nd and 2nd vent valve (reversing) → Close the gun air pressure circuit and paint path → dial the cylinder lever to send the steel drum into the boring machine in the SB-QH-69 paint film dryer → the barrel is erected and sent to the dryer for drying (closed bridge type full purification far) Infrared convection dryer).

At the same time, the top of the barrel in the painting device is lowered (to ensure that the painting station has only one steel barrel, interlocked with the lever), and placed in the next steel drum to enter the painting station. At this point, a spray job cycle ends.

When the spraying stops, the painting machine is still working, and the paint pump draws in the paint and then returns it to the paint storage tank to enter the inner circulation state. Paint heating is automatically controlled. In addition to the paint adjustment, all painting work is done automatically. The post-work cleaning of pipelines, paint sprayers and spray guns can also be carried out semi-automatically.

The spray area of ​​a single spray gun is O.28 square meters. Spraying pressure 0.2-0.25MPa, adjustable. The production cycle of the spraying process is 4-8/min set by the time relay, which is consistent with the production cycle of the moisture dryer and the paint dryer.

The device has the following features:

1. The paint is heated and sprayed, and the residual heat is dried by moisture (far infrared convection drying) to make the temperature of the paint and the steel drum equal, which facilitates the adhesion and diffusion of the paint, improves the adhesion and the quality of the paint film, and saves energy.

2, paint heating to reduce viscosity, reduce or eliminate the use of paint thinner, reduce production costs (each barrel reduced by 0.15-0.2 yuan).

3. After reducing the amount of diluent, the concentration of organic solvent vapor generated during drying of the paint film is reduced, ensuring safe production and reducing environmental pollution (the paint film dryer is equipped with an exhaust gas treatment device, and the purification rate is 85%)

5. The constant temperature automatic painting machine can make the lacquer and semi-automatic varnish after the paint road and spray gun work, improve the working environment and reduce the labor intensity.

6. The paint mist generated by spray washing is in the QJ-TQ35 purifier. The negative pressure generated by the suction of the two fans, the paint mist is pressed into the water curtain of the purifier, and then transferred into the water mist of the grid water-discharging plate in the purifier, and the paint particles in the paint mist are repeatedly adsorbed by the water curtain and the water mist. It falls into the purification tank with the water and floats on the water. The purified gas is discharged into the air above 8m through the pipeline. The purification rate is above 85%, and the exhaust gas concentration is lower than the national standard of lOOmg/m3.

This device eliminates the problem of paint contamination for a long time, improves the working environment and ensures the health of workers.

Three levels of purification are adopted throughout the line: spray paint purification, drying and purification, and workshop (room) exhaust air purification to completely change the environmental pollution status and working environment.
