Suitable for the production of long-term products.

Insulating synthetic fiber module. With the use of multi-layer glued wood board or fiber plastic plate, it can also be used with sandwich plate under the conditions of steel knife and steel wire modification (it is not recommended to use). Destruction of the paper fiber is large, the product packaging after die-cutting and indentation is stable, and the long-term use will not be deformed when the indentation mold and the steel wire are in good condition; but the edge of the indentation mold is easy to collapse and die-cut indentation position And the pressure accuracy is required to be high, and the service life is generally between 800,000 times and 1.6 million times and the cost is moderate. Suitable for the production of medium and long-term products.

The indentation mold is divided into four types according to the different positions: standard shape, ultra-narrow shape, unilateral narrow shape, and even pit shape.

In the normal production, there will be misalignment of the steel wire and the indentation mold, which will seriously cause the die wall of the indentation mold to collapse, and even indentation burst.

Problem Analysis: After a long time of pressure and multiple steel knife replacements, new wooden die-cutting plates will have steel blade slot wall wear, each steel blade slot wear 0.01mm, cumulative wear is very large, so will The appearance of the steel wire and the indentation mold is not completely coordinated, and if it is found that the mold wall collapses or the indentation cracks occur in time.

Treatment method: Observe the back of the product during each quality inspection. If any misalignment is found, dispose of it immediately. First, loosen the tension bolts on the back of the plate, loosen the lock nuts one by one, and reinforce the bolts around the frame one by one. 3) Temperature and humidity are the key to quality

In the normal production, a large area of ​​adhesion suddenly appears, or the paper is suddenly scattered, or the indentation bursts, or the indentation becomes lighter.

Processing method: we can only adjust the pressure, the speed will be the thickest paper, ensure product quality, and feedback paper suppliers. The temperature of the paper to be die-cut is +10 degrees Celsius or +15% change in humidity, which is obviously reflected in die-cutting. The temperature and humidity increase the paper absorbs moisture, the paper increases the toughness and the adhesion occurs, and the temperature and humidity drop the paper to release moisture.
