Chapter 1 General Provisions

The first China Mountaineering Association is referred to as "China Association". The English translation is "CHINESEMOUNTAINEERINGASSOCIATION", abbreviated as "CMA".

Article 2 The China Mountaineering Association is a national mass sports association with independent legal personality. It is a professional mass organization formed voluntarily by the collectives and individuals who love the mountaineering and related sports and is a member of the All-China Sports Federation. Representing China on the sole legal organization of the International Mountaineering Association (UIAA) and related international organizations.

Article 3 The purpose of the China Association for Adhering to: Observe the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies of our country, abide by social morality; guide and promote the development of China's mountaineering and related sports; unite all members to improve our country's mountaineering and related The level of sports; the promotion of our country's mountaineering and related movements with foreign counterparts; the establishment of China's mountaineering and its related movements of uniform norms and urge their implementation; enhance the quality of the people and promote national fitness.

Article 4 China Mountaineering Association accepts business guidance and supervision from the State Sports General Administration and the State Ministry of Civil Affairs.

Article 5 The China Association for Associations and their offices are located in Beijing.

Chapter II Business Scope

Article 6 The scope of business of the China Association:

1. Responsible for the establishment of unified norms for national mountain sports and related sports, and business guidance and industry management.
Mountaineering and related sports are:

(b) Relevant sports for mountaineering: Sports derived from mountaineering or related to mountaineering. include:

4. Various competitions and activities related to mountaineering by the Forest Society and its member organizations

3. Responsible for establishing rescue constitutions and organizations and industry norms for national mountain sports and related sports, and conducting business guidance and industry management.

VII. Responsible for the difficulty of mountaineering and related sports and assessment of technical grades.

Responsible for the training, registration, technical grade evaluation and qualification certification of the technical personnel of mountaineering and related sports such as athletes, coaches, referees, aligners, social sports instructors, mountain guides and liaison officers. Responsible for the unified management of mountain peaks for opening up to the outside world, reviewing the results of climbing teams from outside China, and issuing certificates for "peaking the summit" and "certificate for climbing."

Responsible for organizing the scientific research and development of venues, equipment, and equipment for mountaineering and related sports, actively liaising with international standards, formulating equipment quality standards and technical specifications for mountaineering and related sports, and supervising their implementation.

XI. Conduct international exchanges, be responsible for organizing and participating in international related competitions; develop exchanges and exchanges with overseas friendship associations and organizations.

12. Carry out operations and paid services related to mountaineering and related sports, raise funds for the development of mountaineering and related sports in China, and increase the vitality of self-development.
