I. Working principle
A stainless steel tubular heater is placed horizontally in the HH-S series thermostat water bath of Jintan Medical Instrument Factory. The inside of the sink is provided with a perforated aluminum shelf. The upper cover is equipped with a combination of different calibers to accommodate flasks of different calibers. There is a water discharge pipe on the left side of the water bath pot. The right side of the constant temperature water bath pot is an electric box. The front panel of the electric box is equipped with a temperature control meter and a power switch. There are electric heating pipes and sensors in the electrical box. The temperature control system uses high-quality electronic components, sensitive temperature control, reliable performance and easy to use. The working principle: The Cu50 sensor converts the temperature of the water in the water tank into a resistance value. After amplification and comparison by the integrated amplifier, the control signal is output to effectively control the average heating power of the electric heating tube, so that the water in the water tank is kept at a constant temperature.
2. Maintenance
1. It is best to use purified water to avoid scale formation.
2. Do not allow water to flow into the control box when water is injected to prevent electric shock. After use, the water in the box should be cleaned in time, wiped clean, and kept clean to extend the service life.
3. Before the water is added, the cutting material is connected to the power supply, and during use, the water level must be higher than the stainless steel partition. Do not water or the water level is lower than the partition heating, otherwise the heating tube will be damaged.
4. The water tank should be placed on a fixed platform. The power supply voltage of the instrument should be 220V. The power socket should be installed with three holes and the ground wire must be installed.
5. If the constant temperature control fails, the silver contact on the controller can be polished with a fine abrasive cloth to work.
