1. Customer needs

A prison in a city with 218 cells is currently planned to build a closed-circuit television system in order to use this system to strengthen the ideological education, publicity and entertainment of the prison. The specific requirements are as follows:

The closed-circuit television system requires 8 channels, of which 5 sets relay external cable TV programs, one set is used to broadcast live speeches of leading speeches and important events, conferences, one set is used to broadcast the existing education and teaching multimedia computers in the prison, and one set is used to broadcast the prison ’s Some education and teaching DVD etc.

Requires unified management of the time and channel for watching CCTV in each cell.

2. Demand analysis and plan design

The prison is a special school. The closed-circuit television system is an important tool for the prison to carry out publicity and education. According to the needs of customers, our design plan for the system is as follows:

1. CCTV channel design

The entire CCTV system is designed with 8 channels:

a. A set of live audio and video live channels:

This channel is mainly used for live broadcast of leadership speeches and important announcements. Therefore, it is necessary to collect audio and video signals through cameras, preamplifiers and microphones (for example, the unit has a special conference room and live room, which is broadcast by collecting the audio and video signals to the adjacent frequency device in the main control room), and finally passes The CCTV system broadcasts live to each terminal TV.

b. A set of multimedia computer teaching channels:

The design of multimedia computer program sources mainly includes some network programs or some computer programs that need to be broadcast, so a multimedia computer is designed to realize the multimedia computer education and teaching functions.

c. A set of DVD disc playback channels:

The DVD disc broadcasting channel is mainly used for broadcasting some existing propaganda and educational materials of the unit; internal teaching materials and programs.

d. Rebroadcast five sets of external cable channels:

The unit requires the CCTV system to watch local cable TV programs, mainly to watch news, rule of law programs, sports games, live broadcasts of important events, and some programs of educational TV stations, or some TV conference programs. In order to be economical, practical, and easy to manage, we need to use Five TV sets in the central control room, add the cable TV signal to the TV set, select the program to be watched, and then connect the audio and video output terminals of the five TV sets to the five modulators, so as to realize the broadcast of the local cable TV station The function of the program.

2. Control management system design

Control system design

The customer requires the system to have the control function for the playback of TV programs. Here we design a closed-circuit TV control management system, install a TV management controller at each terminal, and the system can control the switch of the terminal TV power supply according to the requirements through the main control system. And set the channel to watch, the TV set to play in any group, to ensure that the content of the broadcast and the terminal channel watched according to the broadcast plan.

Design of Insert System

When there are important programs and important activities, the customer requires that all receiving points should be watched uniformly, no matter which channel you go to, it is the program that you want to watch. Therefore, we design a set of insertion system for the system, designed to use Jinmai Video NES2000-AV16 The video inserter, when there are important programs broadcast, can cover all or part of the important programs through the inserter to achieve the function of watching important programs in a unified way.

3. Cable TV equipment configuration

The CCTV system is composed of a front-end modulator, a mixer, and a back-end TV. Here, we design and use the American PBI adjacent channel modulator, a total of 8 channels, and the mixer is a PBI-4016C. The TV set in the end monitoring room is a 21 "~ 29" color TV set.

3. Main functions of the system

Receiving the external cable TV program system can receive all channels of the external cable TV system and selectively broadcast to the unit's TV system to achieve the control and management function.

The authorization management main control system can perform authorization management on the program sources and occupied channels of each TV terminal. That is, a (certain) TV is watching a (certain) program.

The live broadcast system can cover all or part of the TV signals such as live broadcast and speech notification, and broadcast live to all or part of the TV.

The control room of the TV control center can control the power switch, volume increase and decrease, channel conversion, etc. of the TV in the classroom through the main control system.

Program insertion function

The system can broadcast the programs that need to be broadcast uniformly (such as the warden's speech, holiday speech, etc.) to all channels. No matter the terminal adjusts the TV to any channel, the received programs are all broadcast uniformly.
