Electro-aluminum hot stamping foil is mainly used to heat and press the pattern or text to be transferred to the surface of the stamped material. This kind of anodized aluminum is generally produced domestically. Compared with foreign imports, the price is cheaper, but the gilding performance is slightly worse. The direct bronzing on the surface of the UV varnishes has a very high requirement for the UV varnishes and bronzing galvanized aluminum. In the coating of varnish, pay attention to the size of the control oil, try to ensure that the coating of the entire batch of varnish is relatively stable, and the oil layer should be thin and flat. For galvanized aluminum used for hot stamping, it is required to be resistant to high temperatures, has good adhesion, and has good bronzing adaptability to varnish (the type of resin used in varnish and the heat in bronzing anodized aluminum) Melt glue matches). In all products, the scope of application of this technology is relatively small, and so far it has only been used on fine "Guangzhou" and fine "Red Three Rings".
In addition, galvanized gold on gold, silver ink and matte oil also has high requirements on bronzing surfaces and bronzing galvanized aluminum. If the bronzing surface has large ink particles or rough surface, it will directly affect the normal operation of bronzing.
Things to note:
