During the construction of the second phase of the plant, they specifically designed and built the air conditioning condensate recovery device, and built six underground water reservoirs in the factory area to collect rainwater and air conditioning condensate. When the water level reaches a certain position, the submersible pump will Automatically pumping water into the artificial lake, the artificial lake can store up to 3,600 tons of water. This water can be used to water 50,000 square meters of plant nurseries, lawns and football fields. This measure can save 95 tons of tap water per day. The waste water generated in the production process contains a large amount of copper sulfate and copper powder. They use the influence of temperature on the solubility of copper sulfate, and the waste water is injected into the copper sulfate recycling machine. The temperature is reduced to about 15° C., and the copper sulfate crystals precipitate and remain. The medicine can be used after it has been collected. The waste water containing copper powder is filtered by the copper powder recycling machine to remove the copper powder. The water after the copper powder is filtered can also be recycled, thereby reducing the use of tap water and the amount of waste water discharged. Due to the large scale of production, the quantity of wood used for packaging equipment and raw materials is also very large, and thousands of tons of packaged wood will be produced in a year.
