Wuster HS is the most advanced generation of low-injection technology. This patented technology can ensure larger batches and improve efficiency. For the first time, particles smaller than 50 μm in size can be coated without binding.
The Wuster HS device consists of a conical material tank with a two-sided open cylindrical spacer inside. The bottom of the material tank is equipped with sieve plates with different opening shapes to distribute the air flow inside and outside the spacer. . The area where the opening area is the largest is located directly below the spacer. In this way, most of the fluidized air leads to this area, and there is enough airflow to ensure the movement of the material.
There is a certain gap between the spacer and the sieve plate to ensure that the material can flow smoothly from the spacer to the spacer. The material in the spacer moves to the expansion chamber due to the thrust of the air inlet airflow. When the gravity of the material overcomes the increasingly weak thrust, it falls outside the spacer and forms a circulating flow state.
The coating solution was added to the system through a pneumatic atomizing nozzle mounted in the center of the screen plate. The nozzle sprays liquid from top to bottom in the same direction as the material moves. Orderly fluidized state makes the coating film thickness even and continuous.
