After the gravure preprinting process is adopted, after the roll face paper is printed, the upper corrugated board production line is bonded to the corrugated cardboard, slitted and cross cut to form a single sheet of cardboard with a color pattern, and then die-cutting and slotting are made. Nowadays, the tile lines used by general carton companies are for transversal cardboard with no printed pattern. In this case, only the length of the cardboard must be controlled, and the patterned cardboard must be traversed with the mark and left and right. The position control, therefore, must use the pre-printing process to transform the original tile line. The transformation is roughly divided into four parts.

The transformation of computer cross cutting machine

Computer cross cutting machine consists of software (computer digital control system) and hardware (mechanical cutting mechanism) composed of two parts. The computer control system commands the order, size, quantity storage and control information output, instructs the hardware to cut off the action, so the transformation of the crosscutting machine is mainly to transform the computer digital control system so that the crosscutting machine can track the color code for precise crosscutting. .

There are two options for the transformation of the crosscutting system:

1. Replace the main control box, drive box, motor, and transformer.

2. Replace the main control box and drive box. When the cross-cutting machine is a serrated spiral knife driven by a DC motor, the second scheme only needs to replace the main control box and the drive box.

The corrugated cardboard with the printed pattern not only needs to be cross-cut with the label, but also has to control the left and right positions. Otherwise, the position of the pattern on the paperboard when the slitting edge is cut may change, and the waste product may easily be created. Therefore, one must be installed. LPC is installed in the upper left part of the paper holder, and the LPC can correct the left and right axial errors caused by the printed paper when the roll is retracted. This ensures that the paper can be smoothly fed along the line. Three-bridge LPC photoelectric sensors are used to track and detect discontinuous line markings, particularly light-colored markings, and particularly fine line markings.

Increase retracting and inserting device

Although the current carton preprinting process has solved the problem of high temperature resistance of the ink, it can prevent the ink from becoming soft and dirty at high temperatures, but in order to more effectively protect the entire paperboard from passing through the long high temperature drying tunnel of the paperboard forming machine Without damage to the printing surface, an additional set of retracting and inserting device can be added. A workstation for double-side-laying paper rolls can be used to make the paper-sheet discharge rack, lined with the paper and passed through the paperboard forming machine, and finally the air expansion shaft can be used. Winding is achieved by rolling the surface, and the laid back sheet can be reused. However, the addition of liners also has the disadvantage that it takes up one station of the paper holder and reduces the production efficiency.

Add edge cutting device

In order to ensure that the width of the printed front paper is the same as the width of the corrugated inner paper, and to avoid adhesion of the backing paper to the corrugated inner paper, the edge cutting device must be added to the single-sided machine in the corrugated paper. The trimming device is driven by a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor. The motor is placed on the transmission side and transmitted to the cutter roller with a synchronous toothed belt, and manually adjusting the falling of the slitting knife to the slitting position. There is another need to add a fan to blow the edge device to blow away the cut edge.

By adapting the tile line at the above four points, it is possible to ensure that a qualified color single sheet is made from the tile line.
