Structural Analysis of the Moving Device of the Temperature Impact Test Box Basket

The temperature impact test chamber's basket moving device is a highly engineered system composed of several key components, including the driving mechanism, sealing devices, and the sample holder assembly. The driving unit consists of a cylinder, roller, wire rope, air source triple unit, a three-position five-way solenoid valve, and various pneumatic parts. The air pressure is adjusted via the air source triple unit, allowing precise control of the cylinder’s movement through the solenoid valve. The top end of the cylinder is connected to the wire rope, while the other end is fixed to the top of the basket using a roller. This combination creates an efficient and reliable drive system that ensures accurate and controlled movement of the basket. The top sealing device plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the high-temperature chamber. It seals against the chamber wall when the basket moves downward, utilizing the weight of the basket itself for a tight fit. A silicone sealing strip is installed at the bottom and secured with rivets. Insulation is provided by glass fiber cotton on the top, which helps retain heat. A diagonal limit block is also included to prevent any unnecessary vertical movement or swinging during operation. This sealing component is located in the high-temperature area, so the materials used must be suitable for extreme thermal conditions. The bottom sealing device functions similarly but is designed for the low-temperature chamber. It forms a seal with the chamber wall through the pulling force of the cylinder. Like the top seal, it has a similar structure and uses comparable materials. However, due to the cold environment, the materials must be selected to withstand low temperatures without degrading or losing functionality. The sample holder assembly includes the sample tray, vertical columns, and guide rails. The columns connect the top and bottom sealing units, forming a stable structure. The guide rails are mounted on the columns and can be adjusted vertically to accommodate different sample heights. During testing, the samples are placed on the sample holder, and the guide rail height is adjusted as needed to ensure proper positioning and secure placement. This well-designed moving system ensures efficient and safe operation of the temperature impact test chamber, enabling accurate and repeatable testing under varying thermal conditions.
