1 Plastic film

Commonly used plastic films are: PE, PP, PVC, PS, PVA, PC, PET, CA, NY. In order to make the surface of the plastic film have good ink adhesion and enhance the firmness of the printed product, surface activation must be performed before printing. The commonly used method is the corona treatment method. 2 cellophane

The characteristics of cellophane are: high transparency, good gloss, exceptionally bright color after printing, which is beyond the reach of plastic film; good printability, no need for any treatment before printing; cellophane also has antistatic properties, and is not easy to attract dust , To avoid the printing of text and other printing failures. However, the moisture-proof property is poor, and the film is easily deformed due to the influence of temperature and humidity, resulting in difficulty in registering the image when printed. After entering the warehouse, general materials must be wrapped with other plastic film and placed in a ventilated and dry place. The temperature should be 23°C~25°C.

3 Aluminum foil

4 vacuum aluminum film

The vacuum aluminized substrate films are relatively high melting point films such as polypropylene films, including CPP, IPP, BOPP, PET, NY. In order to improve the firmness of aluminum plating, the method of applying a primer to a substrate film to be plated is adopted in foreign countries. However, in China, there is generally no primer surface, and corona treatment is performed only on the surface. The method of vacuum aluminum plating of the film: one is to perform reverse printing on the mask of the film, that is, to print in the inner surface of the film, and then vacuum-aluminizing and then compounding with the bottom film. It should be noted that when vacuum-plating aluminum on a printed mask, although it is printed on the inside, it is not necessary to use the printed ink, and it is only necessary that the ink be excellent in heat resistance. Vacuum aluminum plating has better fastness. Compared with aluminum foil, vacuum aluminum plating greatly saves the amount of aluminum. The former is 1/100 to 1/200 of the latter, but it has metallic gloss and barrier properties. Because the thickness of the vacuum aluminum plating layer is relatively thin, 0.4-0.6 μm, it can not be used in place of replacing aluminum foil composite films requiring high barrier properties such as vacuum packaging and high-temperature cooking bags. Because the cost of vacuum aluminum plating is lower than that of aluminum foil, vacuum aluminum film will be greatly developed in the fields of food trademarks and other fields. PE (glass paper) has excellent transparency, no static electricity, no pollution and easy adhesion, but its toughness, water resistance and moisture resistance are all poor. Aluminium foil has scintillating metallic luster and thermal conductivity properties, and has good performance in blocking moisture, vapor, light, and grease, but has the disadvantages of easy cracking, lack of flexibility, adhesiveness, and the like. Each layer of the film is compounded together, and has excellent properties such as moisture-proof, air-proof, light-blocking, heat-resistance, oil resistance, and heat-sealing property, and becomes an ideal packaging material. For example, the current high-grade RP-H cooking bag is a three-layer composite film with a plastic film as the base material. Its middle layer is an aluminum film, which has good insulation properties and is conducive to long-term food storage. The outer layer is BOPP film. , with excellent dimensional stability.
