Selection of paint printing adhesives

Adhesives for paint printing have developed rapidly, and there are many varieties, from the earliest non-cross-linked adhesives (to be cross-linked with the diplomatic ties to film) to butadiene-based adhesives (feelings) Soft and easy to yellow.

Self-crosslinking adhesives for polypropylene esters and low-temperature self-crosslinking adhesives are commonly used. In recent years, polyurethane adhesives have solved the problem of harder acrylates, which are suitable for the printing of knitted fabrics and polyacrylic acid. New adhesives for ester and polyurethane interpenetrating networks, as well as silicone acrylic emulsion copolymers copolymerized with acrylic esters and silicone monomers. The rubbing fastness and feel have greatly improved.

There are more requirements for adhesives used for the discharge printing of clothing (garment) coatings than for direct printing of coatings:

1, must be self-crosslinking adhesive (diplomatic adhesive can not be used).

2, must be able to resist reducing agent (discharge agent)

3, must be compatible with the various additives to discharge printing paste better.

4, must be at 160 °C, can quickly (10 seconds) cross-linked film, does not block the network.

5, must be cross-linked into a colorless and transparent film.

6, fabric printing, dry and wet rubbing fastness and washing fastness is better.

7, after fabric printing, feel very soft.

8. An environmentally friendly adhesive that does not release free formaldehyde on fabrics after printing.

After comparing more than 10 recent excellent adhesive screens, there are few adhesives that meet all of the above eight conditions. Only compounding and complementary performance are required.

It can obtain adhesives with high whiteness, high color and bright color, soft hand feeling and good color fastness.
