Adjust the air pressure (the spray pressure of the standard test box is 0.07-0.17m3, if the spray volume is lower than the standard quantization, the pressure can be increased, if the spray volume is higher than the standard quantization, the pressure can be reduced) Special attention should be paid to whether the nozzle can withstand, this point needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer before adjustment, so as to prevent the nozzle from rupturing due to excessive pressure);
3. The salt water consumption is normal, but the amount of settlement is very small. In this case, first check the tightness of the salt water tank and the ratio of the salt water (the salt water should be replaced in about a week. If the salt water is not used for a long time, it will cause salt The precipitation of the salt component is separated from the water, resulting in an inaccurate concentration), and then check whether the nozzle is blocked, broken, or damaged.
Note: When the salt spray test box is first tested (or restarted after a long shutdown), the salt water needs to be first infiltrated in the salt water pipe during the spraying process, so the settling amount will be inaccurate. After 16 hours of start-up, the amount of salt spray and the amount of salt spray collected are normal.
