This is because when die-cutting, the layers of the cardboard are not aggregated after being pressed, but dispersed; and the more dispersed the layers in the cardboard, the smaller the tension in the cardboard is, and the more beneficial is the crease. If a backside die cutting method is used, when the indentation is folded over 90', the layers of the pressed cardboard are re-pressed together and bursting occurs. Conversely, if the front die cutting is used, the cardboard can be kept in a dispersed state, which can effectively solve the bursting problem when the folding exceeds g0*.
