In this paper, a rapid test method for xylene solubles content is established on the CRYSTEX instrument. In 3 hours, 15 samples of rubber phase content, ethylene content, rubber phase ethylene content, intrinsic viscosity, and rubber phase intrinsic viscosity can be obtained. According to the data obtained, the process parameters can be adjusted in time, which greatly reduces the transition material and the rate of unqualified products, and greatly improves the stability of product quality.
