Three-layer coextruded polyolefin film machine passed the identification

Zhejiang Rui'an Jinda Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. developed a three-layer co-extruded polyolefin heat shrinkable film machine with the leading domestic level. Recently, it passed the appraisal of new technology products from Zhejiang Province and put it into mass production.
The machine is driven by a three-medium screw. After the plastic granules are poured into the hopper, they are continuously fed into the heated barrel to convert the solid plastic into a molten state. Finally, the screw extrudes the molten material at a fixed, constant pressure and constant temperature into the rotating head. A die with an annular gap blows in a predetermined amount of compressed air from the nose to inflate the plastic from a viscous fluid state into a highly elastic three-layer composite tubular film.
The machine has advanced technology, scientific structure design, reasonable production process, complete functions, high degree of automation, safe and reliable use, and can be comparable to similar foreign products in terms of technical performance, and the price is only 1/5 of that of imported products.
